Position Overview
As a Store Operations Supervisor at Ralph Lauren, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to display. Your responsibilities encompass several critical areas: meticulously receiving and unpacking shipments, inspecting each item for any damage, verifying pricing, and tagging items as necessary. You strategically place the merchandise on the sales floor or in the stock room, adhering to Ralph Lauren’s standards. Additionally, you maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stock room, actively support sales floor associates by conducting stock checks, and promptly deliver requested merchandise. Your role ensures that our customers enjoy a premium shopping experience, with product displayed at its best.
