What You Will Be Doing - Organizing and preparing materials and spaces for interactive workshops and sessions.
- Assisting academic staff to enhance the educational experience.

- Managing and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless session transitions.

What You Won’t Be Doing - Being a passive observer; you'll be an active participant in the learning process.
- Handling overwhelming teaching responsibilities; emotional coaching and lectures are managed by Guides.
- Performing routine, uninspiring tasks; your role is crucial in nurturing student growth and success.

Basic Requirements - Ability to work on-site at our Miami campus.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling options during school hours, Monday to Friday.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Exemplary organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor suitable for a school environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.

Working with us This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
