Provide security on ships, at bases and at military installations all around the world. Whether executing crime prevention programs or carrying out anti-terrorism measures, the Sailors working as the Navy’s military police are equipped to handle any situation. Master-At-Arms also provide security and physical protection for service members, and assist in crowd control and riot prevention. When lives are on the line, these brave men and women embody the courage of America’s Navy— readily going into harm’s way to complete their rescue missions in some of the most extreme environments imaginable.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Depending on the role, Sailors in this career field perform duties at sea and ashore around the world.

PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES:
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Sailors in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
