Job Description

Role Overview: The client is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer III to join their Delivery Experience (DEX) UX design team. This role involves crafting compelling and clear UX content for the client's shopping app and website, with a focus on enhancing customer delivery experiences. This is a full-time, contract position expected to last through the end of 2024.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and empathetic UX content for a global audience.
• Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine content.
• Lead content strategy for complex, high-profile initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
• Apply best practices in localization and accessibility to UX writing.
• Maintain and update content libraries and frameworks.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 5 years of professional UX writing/content strategy experience, preferably in B2C eCommerce.
• Skills: Proficiency with Figma, strong portfolio showcasing UX writing.
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, at least 3 days a week.
• Education: Degree preferred but not required.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with large tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, eBay, Meta, Google).
• Background in content strategy within the tech industry/eCommerce space.
