Job Description:
Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based virtual infrastructure , ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance .
Administer and support Omnissa Horizon environments for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Manage and monitor Veeam backup and replication solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness .
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to implement new systems and technologies within the factory environment.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance across servers and virtual environments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues , providing Tier II/III support as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to critical incidents to minimize downtime.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter management.
Proficiency in Veeam Backup & Replication for enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of virtual networking, storage, and security concepts.
Experience managing Omnissa Horizon (VDI) deployments and optimization.
Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy .
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
