About P3 Athletic & Physical Therapy

P3 is a boutique physical therapy and athletic performance clinic that’s been helping clients thrive for 8 years. Founded by Dr. Michael Chin, we serve active individuals of all ages – from youth athletes to recreational adults and high performers.

Our approach blends rehab and performance by:

• Scaling intensity and challenge appropriately
• Retraining movement patterns
• Using objective performance measures (force plates, dynamometry, etc.)
• Prioritizing function, resilience, and return to activity

Your Role as a Volunteer

You’ll work closely with our Physical Therapy team to ensure every client feels like the most important person in the room.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting PTs during sessions (equipment setup, cleanup, exercise support)
• Maintaining a spotless, well-stocked, and safe clinic space
• Ensuring every client receives a “wow” experience from start to finish
