Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates / Unloaders / Lumpers to join our team in San Bernardino, California. As part of our warehouse crew, you will be responsible for handling furniture products, using dollies to move heavy items weighing between 50-300 pounds. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, and you will work in teams of 2-3 when required. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am start time (Full time with occasional overtime)

**Pay:**
Starting pay for new associates ranges from $20 to $25 hourly during the second week. Top performers have the potential to earn up to $30 per hour based on production pay. (We expect the average rate to maintain at $29/hour)

**Responsibilities:**
- Unloading furniture products using dollies
- Moving items weighing between 50-300 pounds in a team setting
- Use a RF Scanner and Handcart to organize furniture
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
