We are a leading hospital system with a recent enterprise-wide Workday implementation (Go-Live: January 2, 2024). Our environment spans Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and IT modules , supported by multiple 3rd-party integrations including payroll, Awardco, and Active Directory.
We are seeking a Workday Senior Analyst to serve as a cornerstone of our internal Workday team, providing deep technical expertise while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape the stability and scalability of our Workday platform as we continue to optimize post-implementation.
Serve as the primary technical resource for our Workday ecosystem across HCM, FIN, SCM, and IT modules.
Manage, monitor, and enhance 3rd-party integrations (payroll, Awardco, Active Directory, etc.), ensuring reliability and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across multiple functional areas, collaborating with business stakeholders to drive resolution.
Partner with internal IT and HR resources (currently a lean team of two) and external partners to support system stability and ongoing enhancements.
Translate business requirements into system solutions, balancing technical depth with functional understanding across modules.
Assist with security administration, reporting, and configuration changes as needed.
Document processes, enhancements, and system changes for audit readiness and team knowledge transfer.
Provide mentorship and training to business users with limited Workday expertise in SCM, FIN, and other pillars.
Support future Workday releases, testing cycles, and optimization initiatives.
Hybrid preferred (on-site presence valuable for cross-functional collaboration), but remote candidates will be considered .
Reports into IT with close partnership across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

5+ years of Workday experience with a strong focus on technical configuration and integrations.
Hands-on experience with HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT modules .
Demonstrated expertise in Workday integration technologies (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Workday.
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred but not required.
Ability to thrive in a lean team environment , collaborating with both internal staff and consulting partners.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
