What You’ll Do
Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care
Handle collections, payments, and data entry with accuracy
Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently
Support customers with billing and account questions
Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver five-star service
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience (office, call center, or admin)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
High school diploma or GED required — NetSuite experience a plus!
